About Us

Master System (founded in 1987) is a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company that has helped thousands of wholesale distributors worldwide improve their operations for growth. Our ERP system, known as OMS, is targeted towards supply chain operations, which includes inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, ordering, and accounting management.

Our latest product, Pavo, brings OMS’s features to the cloud and enables e-commerce solutions for wholesalers. We service a wide range of clients in industries such as shoes, apparel, and general merchandise, each with company sizes from as small as a singular employee to thousands of employees.

This position is responsible for the implementation and training of our ERP and e-commerce services that result in client retention, growth, and satisfaction. This includes onboarding new clients, analyzing their business and warehouse operations, and providing adequate training and support to clients during implementation and after go-live.

We are a small, close-knit company, so in addition to customer service responsibilities, this role will be expected to provide guidance in other operational areas such as sales and technical support. Our goal is that when the company grows, your career will also grow.

Essential Functions
Under moderate supervision:

• Provide training materials, curriculum, and training sessions for existing and new customers using our software and services
• Answer incoming support calls and emails to troubleshoot software issues and user feedback
• Schedule appointments with customers for installations, training, and other coordination with our team members
• Address customer issues promptly with follow-up
• Onboard new clients or existing clients who have upgraded, including handling installations, updates, and guide clients so they can go-live.
• Participate in testing of customizations or new features
• Guide clients to transition their business processes using OMS and Pavo

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in training, customer support, warehousing, accounting, or e-commerce
• Excellent email etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast paced environment
• Preferred: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish
• Preferred: Knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, e-commerce, and accounting principles
• Nice to have: IT knowledge (SQL databases, networking)

Knowledge/Skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting, warehousing, supply chain, or e-commerce principles
• Understanding of inventory control
• Customer service skills in a team environment
• Able to effectively interact with internal teams, partners, and clients
• Understands business and warehousing operations and the impact it has on businesses
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
