HELPDESK TECHNICIAN 1 DETAILS:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $24.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Triages, resolves, and escalates support tickets using ticketing
system
- Troubleshoots workstations, servers, peripherals, and network
appliances at a basic level
- Utilizes remote monitoring and management tools to resolve software
and hardware related issues
- Installs, configures, and maintains end user software and hardware
- Full job description will be gone over in interview
HELPDESK TECHNICIAN 1 QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) and
A+, Network+ certifications are preferred.
- Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- One year of experience providing technology related support (call
center or help desk) is preferred.
- Basic experience with: server tasks, remote user connections,
network operations and maintenance, and current desktop operating
system is required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
- A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being
employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
