Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in collaboration with its real estate investment client, is seeking a Senior Computer Specialist to maintain computers in their office as well as regional offices using modern desktop management solutions. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the operations of local area networks as well as backups and disaster recovery
• Install/configure PCs, LAN workstations, and various software packages
• Create/manage user accounts
• Support network patching and upgrades
• Monitor performance and maintain systems; monitor virus scanning on workstations
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Create/maintain technical documentation (product registrations, etc.) and track software license compliance
• Prepare and maintain documents and documents/procedures in SharePoint and ServiceNow

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with BeyondTrust Remote Desktop Tool
• Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, LAN, and workstation support
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems at the component level
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, in writing and in person
