Description:
The Junior System Administrator role is any entry level server, storage, and Microsoft 365 support position reporting to the Enterprise System team. The position is responsible for day-to-day operations such as resolving system monitoring alerts, remediating security vulnerabilities for operating systems and applications, and serving as Tier 3 support for end user support tickets.

o Security Administrator Associate
o Messaging Administrator Associate
o Teams Administrator Associate
o Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- CompTIA:
o Server+
o Network+
