• Responsibilities. Provide expertise and guidance on payroll “leading practices”, the functionality of the Workforce Now North America (“WFN NA”) software application, and associated processes throughout all phases of an implementation. Advise and influence stakeholders in the acceptance and adoption of WFN NA software application processes and ADP solutions and services. Identify and recommend software product enhancements to the Workforce Now Product organization required to meet specific client requirements and continuously inform the product roadmap. Share software product knowledge with the organization and contribute to the continuous improvement of WFN NA implementation methodology. Monitor various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods. Partner with the Customer Success organization to help drive effective change management, training, and adoption of WFN NA application processes.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus three (3) years of related experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, training or employment experience deemed equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree by a reliable credentials evaluation service to meet the bachelor’s degree requirement. Telecommuting permitted.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Implementing Canada Payroll Solutions, including Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and Record of Employment (ROE); Tax compliance and reporting including tax filing, amendments, and banking; Payroll testing and data validation; Business analysis and requirements gathering; SAP Payroll/Success Factors implementation; Microsoft Project, Access and Visio; PMI Principles of Project Management; Implementation project resource forecasting and planning; and In-country payroll implementation experience with multiple country payrolls; BPO, HR & Payroll global market and developments, including BPO knowledge & trending.
