Mirador Real Estate seeks experienced Marketing Associate passionate in real estate to join our NYC team to directly oversee marketing for the company, agents, and current and prospective clients.
Job Description:
The Marketing Associate is a company visionary responsible for Mirador’s creative expression and the betterment of self, team, and service to clients. Working in a collaborative environment, you will partake in marketing needs for the company, the agents, and current and prospective clients.
You will be responsible for the ‘red-thread’ of the company, ensuring that Mirador’s voice is clear in all forms of marketing. This includes unified branding, messaging, and delivery. To accomplish, you will liaise between the company’s designers, agents, and clients to communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects and materials.
The work is demanding. The clients are big-name. One should be dedicated and knowledgeable about the marketing and passionate about real estate. The sky’s the limit to the development of your career. This position will report to the Managing Partner and partner with agents and clients, under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
Job Tasks:
Visionary for Company Marketing
– Shape marketing initiatives, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking
– Manage company marketing needs from social media, to brokerage outreach
– Design templates to be used for internal and external projects
– Copywriting in the voice and tone of the company
– Create a targeted Google Adwords campaigns
– Identify KPI’s and create Google Analytics reports that track website traffic, seasonality, and overall website performance
– Present real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyzes, and new product information
Visionary for Agent Marketing
– Determine agent marketing policies, processes, and strategies
– Consult and provide marketing recommendations and plans based on individuals and territories
– Assist with developing and implementing marketing plans and initiatives
Marketing Analysis for Clients and Prospective Clients
– Create marketing reports tracking success of marketing initiatives
– Consult and provide marketing concepts for future projects
Job Requirements:
– 3-5 years of Marketing experience
– Excellent writing and grammar skills
– Detail oriented and ability to multitask
– Robust knowledge and skill with social media/online marketing platforms
Preferred Job Qualifications:
– Experience with client/account management, real estate marketing, and/or luxury brands
– Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills
– Strong working knowledge of creative programs, InDesign, Photoshop, HTML editors, WordPress, Canva.
– Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords and SEO
– Digital Marketing Background
– 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, CMS
