IT Support Technician Responsibilities

• Provide remote service and occasional onsite customer support
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Interact with your technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend client requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with clients

IT Support Technician Requirements

• Proven IT service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service computer operating systems and applications
• English literacy. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with RMM, ticketing, and documentation systems
• Technical degree or certification
