Chesapeake Comfort Systems is an HVAC service company located in Stevensville, MD. We are currently hiring for an Assistant Office Manager/HR Manager. Experience in office management, HR management, and/or HVAC dispatching is highly preferred. Any candidate should be highly motivated to succeed and grow in this position. Potential for growth within the organization.
Some basic expectations and responsibilities for this position:
-Possess strong customer service skills
-Answer customer calls and emails, respond to customer questions, give job status updates
-Learn dispatching software and assist with scheduling/dispatching
-Learn basics of heating and air conditioning (if not already familiar)
-Manage HR responsbilities, included but not limited to insurance claims, vehicle registrations/upkeep, health insurance, etc. (training for this role will be provided)
-Once familiar with the quoting process and comfortable with knowledge of the trade – assist office manager with writing quotes and discussing quotes with customers (training provided)
-Once comfortable with the position, assist with handling customer complaint calls

Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour
