The Recruiting Specialist will provide exceptional customer service experience and will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing appropriate candidates the Behavioral health facility. He/She will act as a liaison in initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with employees and will work closely with interdepartmental staff in posting positions, recruiting, scheduling interviews, and has responsibility for managing the entire pre-hire candidate pipeline.
