Our client is growing their Help Desk team! We are adding a Help Desk position for an ongoing contract role offering a generous compensation and benefits package. This position will initially be onsite during training then observe a hybrid onsite/work from home schedule. The ideal candidate enjoys challenging, fast paced environments with strong Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows 10 skills. This position is a traditional, Tier I/II, enterprise level, help desk position. You will be supporting internal employees via phone, chat and email.
