Training and Technical Assistance Analysts associates join our company as junior consulting associates to support mission-critical projects in justice and homeland security while also helping to strategically grow the company. They support grants program and performance management projects. This is a great role for someone who has 1-2 years of relevant work experience in program analysis, training, and technical assistance for justice grants in a fast-paced environment. Analysts work in a fun, customer service-oriented team and love to collaborate and learn.

Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where employees at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part-time basis. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for all performance measurement related support
• Provide exceptional customer service and performance related support
• Problem-solve, performance basic research, and escalate issues when needed
• Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
• Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
• Apply excellent consulting, research, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
• Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in research, program analysis, and customer service
• Experience relevant to training and technical assistance or grants management support or similar field
• Ability to work in grants management, helping to make sure grants are effectively administered to achieve justice outcomes
• Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment
• Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
• Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
• Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
• Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
