Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support their Customer Service department.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be assisting clients via phone and email regarding new orders and existing order status.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Complete daily order entry via SAP for all business partner sales orders received via fax or email for orders
• Answer client questions regarding product specifications and capabilities
• Maintain strong product knowledge in order to assist clients in a timely manner
• Research inventory and billing discrepancies
• Handle orders from inception to billing

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong understanding of order processing
• Resolution driven and willing to go the extra mile to assist clients
• Experience entering orders into a database and comfortable working with multiple systems
• Able to pivot from phone to email quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and has the ability to multitask
• Experience with order management systems (i.e. Salesforce and SAP)

Education Requirements:

• Associate’s degree is required
