Dollar Tree is searching for a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist. As newly budgeted headcount to the team, you will play a critical role in assisting in the design of solutions and support all systems associated with recruiting and onboarding for the Enterprise. As a subject matter expert, you will provide end-user support to Stores, DCs, and the Store Support Center and design & configure ATS & Onboarding applications, while serving as a lead training resource for superusers and end users. This position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and can be fully remote or hybrid.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a work stream lead on enterprise ATS & Onboarding implementation technology projects, assisting with solution design, hands-on system configuration, testing, and providing end-user support.
Function as a lead support resource for the high-volume hiring & onboarding internal email ticketing boxes, providing daily hands-on direct troubleshooting expertise in the applicant tracking systems, including ticket management, issue triage, and escalating issues appropriately.
Serve independently as the “train the trainer” lead resource driving end-user adoption of TA tools.
Collaborate with organizational business partners and external vendors to maintain and improve essential operational systems, tools, collateral and programs impacting talent acquisition and onboarding.
Drive best practice strategy on talent acquisition systems implementations.
Supporting the administration of BrassRing, DTO, and all associated 3rd party integrated partners (Assessments, Background Checks, E-Verify, among others).
Assisting in planning, organizing, and managing enhancements to all TA systems.
Develop strong reporting capabilities to drive key performance metrics to be used by Talent acquisition, Field HR, Store Operations, and other organizational business partners.
In collaboration with training and development, influence the design and deployment of training guides to improve user efficiency within systems. What you bring
Application certification in at least one ATS.
Ability to lead enhancement project-based workstreams independently.
Interface effectively with VP+ level leaders using superior communications skills.
Function as a Talent Acquisition liaison to business partners throughout the organization.
At least 3-5 years of direct and relevant experience.
