Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.We are currently recruiting for an Information Technology Manager position within our Information Technology department. This position is responsible for managing and leading the information technology operations of the Information Technology department to include help desk and PC support, data backup/restore, telecommunications, applications, and etc. There are approximately 200 employees that we support.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Evaluates purchases, installs/oversees installation of and troubleshoots system hardware and software, application software, cabling, telecommunications, and related equipment.Performs and monitors systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications and detailed documentation of resolution.Maintains computer hardware and software inventory not covered by a 3rd party vendor.Researches and evaluates application software. Installs said application software when applicable.Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Skills and QualificationsAbility to develop and implement original, advanced technology solutions to enhance or remedy agency operations.Ability to develop and interpret complex, tedious logic for new and existing data code and configurations, to apply problem-solving and judgment skills.Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) products.Knowledge of operation and maintenance of computer hardware.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other Information Technology related degree required.Valid driver’s license is required. VCP-DCV or similar certification preferred.MCSA, MCSE, or similar certification preferred.DMV record must be submitted with application.
