Organizology is an HR consulting company with a focus on helping small to mid-sized businesses put the right policies and people in place for success. We coach, develop policies, document (a lot), monitor compliance, and run payrolls (and save the day…all the time).
The HR Assistant is a team player who can still work independently. We need people who are excited about our field and who understand how important it is to treat people like people – from executives to employees. We’re not full of complicated ideas and hot air. We’re roll up our sleeves people who work hard to help our clients succeed.
Let’s be real. A lot of what we do is paperwork. The ideal HR assistant is highly organized, knows how to use a calendar and a task list, and is able to communicate clearly with employees. We have about 1000 employees that we are responsible for right now and we are growing. We need an HR assistant who is organized and service oriented. Reliable, professional and consistent are words that come to mind when thinking about this position. But fun, too. We love our jobs and we love to laugh (even on payroll days). Sometimes it just takes extra coffee to get there.
We use the full Microsoft Suite to get our jobs done, among other things. If you love Outlook and are strong in Word and Excel, that’s a great start.
This role includes:
Answering calls from multiple lines
Monitoring multiple email inboxes
Processing new hires
Working with vendors
Answering employee questions
Processing bill and reports
All kinds of fun projects!
