Connect Plus Therapy Hiring for IT Manager Job at Cherry Hill, NJ Full Time

Connect Plus Therapy is a growing ABA therapy company that is looking for a talented IT Manager to evaluate the technological needs of the organization, create a plan, and implement the plan. Connect Plus Therapy has several offices so this position will require travel to other locations. All candidates must have experience working with IT in the medical field and a bachelors degree in computer science is preferred. In this role the IT will ensure that all software is updated, maintain the company website, manage the company hardware, as well as develop trainings for company specific software.

This position is a full-time position that will work 40 hours per week in an office setting. This role will require some travel as this person will support all 4 of Connect Plus Therapy’s locations. Due to working with several different locations this person must able to plan out the implementation and provide consistent communication on how the different projects are progressing. Major Duties:

• Oversight of company systems including Central Reach, PODIO, Google Suit, and any other software the company utilizes.
• Maintaining the company website and making adjustments as needed.
• Creation of reports to support team workflow as needed.
• Creation of training materials to teach both staff and clients how to navigate and properly use company software.
• Providing in-person training for staff on position specific software use.
• Setting up and moving workstations as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Central Reach, PODIO, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suites.
• Confident communication skills for communications between the teams.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.
• Web Page Management
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to teach software to both staff and clients.
• Self motivated and well organized.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to write, type, and operate a computer and telephone for hours at a time
• Ability to sit and stand for several hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Education and Experience:

• Associates or bachelors degree in computer science or related field is preferred
• 2+ Years working in a technical support role
• Teaching/instructional experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
