Quality Staffing Services Hiring for Business System Analyst Job at Ocean City, MD Full Time

A hospitality and real estate company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team. As the IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion. You will oversee the IT equipment deployment, inventory control, complete root cause analysis and provide end user support direct and through third party IT partners. This position is an in-office position with up to 20% travel required.

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 / year

What you will do:

• Implement new technologies and systems, optimize existing systems
• Perform administration tasks on a critical server, network, and peripheral equipment, ensuring industry standard configurations and security models
• Manage assigned projects through their full life cycle, from envisioning and design to implementation and testing
• Identify major disruptive technology and non-technology trends that affect the business and provide recommendations
• Provisioning and deploying end-user equipment and peripherals
• Manage IT vendors, external suppliers, and other partners to ensure delivery of services
• Manage company asset and software licensing inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Qualifications you need to succeed:
Experience: Mid-Level

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technology discipline or equivalent

• 3+ years’ experience
• Up to 20% Travel Required
• Experience with systems integration and data mapping
• Excellent project management, planning and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of technology trends

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30AM – 5:00PM
