Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls dailyHelp clients with technical troubleshooting with both equipment in the room & electronics
Open service ticket based on inbound calls and/or service emails
Document notes/issues with a high level of accuracy and attention to details on all service ticketsUtilize listening skills to understand the nature of the customer’s issue
Schedule & Comp:4 10-hour shifts (1 weekend day)8 – 7pm OR 11am – 10pm
Remote for weekend shift$20 per hour goes to $22 per hour after training.
