Your services will ensure RMA personnel is supported by maintaining our information system. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to expand your skills within IT and responsibility.

What you will be doing:
Create and maintain policies, procedures, support, training, and knowledge base documentation.
Assist in the procurement of hardware and software, and provide maintenance of technical documentation, and upgrading of desktop workstations
The Location:
We are seeking candidates in the Philadelphia, PA area as this role is a hybrid role with the need to go into the office to fulfill responsibilities.
