NEEDS Center Hiring for Assistant Director of Operations Job at Andover, MA Full Time

COME GROW WITH US! The NEEDS Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations. The Assistant Director of Operations will work under the Director of Operations in our Andover, MA office. This position is Full Time and in office.

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.

Job Responsibilities:

Fleet management: Track vehicle data (repairs and leasing) create community contacts and net 30, insurance reporting or claims, reg /inspection.

WEX utilization monitoring, Staff WEX Pin creation, managing card order.

Capital Contract: Assisting in all aspects of Start up contacts. Bids, Budgeting, Sourcing and Fulfillment.

Day to Day purchasing requests

Individual Database: Maintaining a current database which includes updated guardian information and essential documents.

Benefits Management: Must have experience working with DTA, Masshealth and SSA.

Qualifications:

• BA preferred
• Experience working with Social Security Administration, MassHealth and DTA strongly preferred
• Experience in a human service multi-site environment
• Proficiency with Excel and Word
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Full-time, In Office

Salary: $50,000.00 -$60,000.00 per year
