COMPENSATION:

• $16.50 – $18.00 hourly + Uncapped Bonus ($25 after first 2 appointments scheduled a day, each additional appointment you schedule is another $25 bonus) Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule homeowners for free home improvement estimates – No Cold Calling
• Follow up with previous customers for new opportunities
• Work effectively with a team of money-motivated professionals
• Meet and exceed outbound call volume and production goals
• Coordinate with leadership for personal growth and advancement opportunities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time

• Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
• Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone
