POSITION SUMMARY:

The Implementation Team Lead (ITL) is the primary escalation point for all implementation issues. The ITL provides internal advisory-level consulting expertise to Implementation Specialists, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers and external support to clients on complex implementation processes and/or multi-product implementation projects. ITLs provide extensive product knowledge, problem resolution, troubleshooting and technical support of the implementation process. On complex projects, they may have a role in every stage of the process to ensure efficient project completion.

The ITL is the key internal project resource for ADP when rolling out new workforce management solutions, features and/or updates. An ITL is often assigned to a Center as the point person for all process-related, non-technical, and technical issues impacting the roll out.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation Execution Consulting:

• Internal Technical Consulting Coordinates responses to critical client situations with other organizations.
• Utilizes extensive product/process experience to troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Identifies resolution and communicates steps to Implementation Team.
• Ensures resolution carried out in line with World Class quality standards.
• Process/Standardization Consulting Develops and implements Implementation department processes to improve accuracy and quality of starts. Promotes standardization and reinforcement of the “OneADP” framework.

Communications Consulting:

• Develops and maintains effective, proactive relationships and communications with internal and external clients to contribute to a successful overall client experience.
• Associate Development/Mentoring Provides leadership and development opportunities to the team.
• Prioritizes critical issues and identifies training needs for Implementation team in order to develop and/or coordinate delivery tools.
• Provides complex technical expertise and guidance to less senior associates.
• Provides input to the manager on performance of Implementation team.
• Assists in the recruiting/development process for team members.
• Solicits team members’ opinions and proactively shares important information with team.
• Mentors new and less tenured Implementation associates Provides leadership, guidance and direction to team members in the absence of the manager.
• Participates in task forces, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other SBUs.
• Client Issue/Resolution Mgmt. Handles escalated implementation issues and performs an advisory role, consulting with Implementation Specialists, Implementation Consultants, and Implementation Project Managers.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software and transmission errors.
• Interfaces with Corporate Technical Support and/or other business units to coordinate resolution and resources, and keeps Implementation Team updated.
• Identifies escalation point and resources for issue resolution.
• Often interfaces with Client technical support to coordinate integration of ADP products and systems to avoid and/or resolve technical issues. Functional Initiative & Roll-out Championing Collaborates with Business Engineering Solutions (BES) to facilitate successful rollout of new products, features or updates.
• Ensures accurate and timely communication and execution of rollouts.
• Business Partnership Works in conjunction with Sales partners to provide subject matter expertise to prospective clients.
• Leverages relationships, collaborates and provides support and coordination to Financial Services, Client Service and Operations to enhance the “OneADP” client experience.
• Council/Task Force Subject Matter Expertise As a subject matter expert (SME), participates in departmental or Center task force teams and councils that focus on developing and strengthening “Smart Standards” and collaboration opportunities with other BU’s.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Working knowledge of Mainframe payroll and tax Knowledge of ADP systems, processes and organization.
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to internal and external users.
• Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Ability to create and deliver formal and informal training.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent in education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green belt certification
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, and/or Tableau
• Previous Business Analyst experience

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensation Range for this role is $47,900 – $111,300 / Year
