McConkey is actively seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Administrative Department and be the front face of our growing organization. This position provides essential support throughout the firm and is an instrumental component to business operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for advancement within the organization.

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Greeting all visitors of the company in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Maintaining a telecommunication system by answering and transferring incoming calls
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and insurance renewals
• Assisting the Finance and Accounting Department with various projects
• Receiving and scanning of incoming correspondence
• Opening and closing of the front desk daily
• Executing special projects as assigned

The best candidate for this position will have:

• Superior verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
• Ability to effectively multitask and work independently
• Great organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Advanced education preferred, minimum high school diploma or equivalent
