Personal Injury Law Firm is looking to fill the night shift position for an intake specialist. This position involves speaking with new potential clients who are seeking legal representation and evaluating the quality of their cases based on office policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is hard working, organized, self-motivated, and patient. Strong communication skills are also essential. Some office experience and/or law firm experience is preferable, but not required. Shift hours are Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Additional hours, during the day or weekends, may be available. The training is during the day hours (9a.m. – 5p.m.) and usually lasts about two (2) weeks. Pay will be commensurate with your skills and experience.

Skills Required:

• Engaging phone presence and ability to reflect empathy, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Outstanding listening skills with an ability to play back what’s been said.
• Ability to effectively respond to urgent situations that require a quick response.
• Extremely responsive to deadlines.

Duties

• Promptly respond to potential client calls and web-based inquiries.
• Takes detailed, legible notes.
• Input and maintain client data.
• Complete client intake form.
• Calendaring appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hour
