Responsibilities and Duties

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be primarily responsible for facilitating recruitment of qualified, diverse staff to meet current and future staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment which includes networking, community outreach, and using social media and other online resume databases to target applicants. This position will screen applicants, schedule and conduct phone screens, complete reference checks, assist with job offers, complete employment verifications in writing or verbally and manage the onboarding process including new hire orientation. This person will also be responsible for annual Affirmative Action reporting and completing the HR Dashboard Report on a monthly basis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist the Manager of Human Resources with other projects as requested.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, or related field with 2 years experience in recruitment
