Job Summary:

Assist Healthcare Staffing (AHS) is seeking a Recruiter, for an immediate full-time position. AHS offers benefits, stability, and supports a healthy work/life balance work schedule, primarily of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Overtime is available but optional. Bonus incentive available based on performance.

The ideal candidate has an encouraging and positive attitude with effective interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. This position is responsible for answering phone inquiries, sourcing, and recruiting CNAs, Certified Medication Aides, LPNs, and RNs.

Other duties include:

· Use various platforms/job boards, to recruit candidates.

· Pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and experience.

· Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and credentials, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

· Collecting and verifying credentials of candidates.

· Onboarding following Joint Commission standards.

· Set up and order background checks and drug screens.

· Improves organizational attractiveness by recommending new practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices.

Requirements:

· Customer service experience preferred.

· Intermediate MS office and computer experience highly preferred.

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Satisfactory background check and drug test required. Nicotine free screening required.

Physical/Environmental Demands:

Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment; spends 95% or more of time inside. Lifting up to 15 pounds and possibly carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.
