DIRECT HIRE – Onsite at either Catawba or Claremont

Responsibilities:

• Effectively access the needs of the manufacturing team for training.
• Search, design, and implement a training process to improve performance of the team.
• Create customized training solutions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their focus for training.
• Participate in the development of internal modules to train the trainers.
• Create a clear and active communication process to inform of training programs.
• Create and maintain performance evaluation methods for content; delivery, engagement, and outcomes.
• Lead and oversee the performance of direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning Management, Instructional Design or a related field.
• Certification in Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• 5+ years of direct experience designing, and implementing development programs and training processes.
• Leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience training in a manufacturing environment is REQUIRED.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
