THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION – COMMISSION/BONUSES FOR CLIENT RETENTION

Pay range $80k-$90k base + commission ($6k-$10k expected in the first year)

Account management responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing progress reports, driving marketing efforts, and organizing campaigns. Account Managers also answer client questions and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. The internal fulfillment teams will report activities, performance, and results to the Account Manager.

This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates will be self-driven and have the ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively with others. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence are must-haves.

Strong preference will be given to those who have experience with one or more of the following:

• Google Analytics
• Google Ads reporting
• Facebook ads reporting
• SEO
• BI dashboards and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Work with internal managers and fulfillment team to deliver services for client
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Generate and present reports on account status
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or other related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in marketing preferred
• Proven strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience with CRM software
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc)
• **Bonus to those with experience with one or more of the following: Conversion rate optimization, heat mapping, Asana, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO
