Fast growing footwear company looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Customer Service and Operations Associate. The candidate should have computer administrative and customer service skills, as well as a general understanding of warehouse logistics. The individual is precise and reliable with at least two years administrative experience. The position is a full-time position at our Brewster warehouse location.

Customer Service

Order Entry and Maintenance / Packing List Preparation / Daily Invoicing of Orders:

• Attend to Direct to Consumer (DTC) orders through required daily tasks in our SAP B1 system in a timely manner to allow the warehouse staff to pick, pack and ship the goods.
• The majority of DTC orders are received electronically via EDI and do not need to be entered in our system manually, but they do need to be verified and approved.
• Wholesale accounts, such as independent boutiques and catalog companies, require manual order entry and typically involve specific ticketing instructions, which will be delegated to warehouse staff.
• Monitor that all orders have actually been received by SAP and troubleshoot as necessary or take appropriate action with tech support.
• Take all orders through SAP Pick and Pack Manager to create delivery tickets for the warehouse.
• Respect wholesale customers’ terms and credit limits by communicating with factor before approval for shipping.
• Confirm shipped orders and invoice completed pick tickets as soon as the orders are shipped by the warehouse.
• Reconcile all orders were shipped and invoiced at the end of the day.
• Oversee reporting of invoicing and online payments from accounts receivable to factor.
• For incoming factory shipments, confirm receivings of new stock arrivals in SAPB1 so the inventory becomes available to our customers.
• Answer Customer Service calls for Bernardo’s online store.

Delegate Return Administration and Manage the Return Assistant:

• Oversee the receiving and inspection of all Direct to Consumer and Wholesale returns.
• Verify all SAP return documents against return authorizations and customer credit documents and create credit memo for each (copy to credit memo).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
