My client, an established organization in Wauwatosa, is looking to hire a Recruiter to join their team:

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)
Pay: Up to $80,000 depending on experience
Remote after initial training

Job Description:

Completes the full-cycle recruitment process
Develops recruitment plans and utilizes our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and additional tracking methods to execute as efficiently as possible.
Sources high quality prospects for any requisitions on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Circa.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience.
Cultivates strong professional relationships with hiring managers through requisition consultations, ongoing feedback, and recruitment education.
Coordinates phone, formal, and in-person interview scheduling requests.
Collaborates with Human Resources leadership regarding candidate experience and salary alignment.
Other duties as assigned.
