• Asks effective questions, demonstrates empathy, genuine concern for the customer’s’ service issues or requests.

• Provides inbound telephone coverage, answers general product and service questions; explains company services.

• Places outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers, follow up on appointments, etc.

• Accurately enters data entry into operating system (Service Titan).

• Research and analyze information, reviews invoices, customer service requests and warranty issues

• Reviews documents, explains policies, provides routine information in accordance with department standards

• Meets and exceeds defined metrics related to call center.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies.

• May be required to work overtime

• Pursue every job with drive and determination.

• Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
