Deskside Technician III
Long term contract- 12-months
On-site Arden Hills, MN
Pay: $30-32/hr
Job Purpose
Provide the infrastructure support needed to ensure that computer and telecommunications systems and networks are stable and reliable. Assist with network planning and implementation supporting current and future needs. Provides technical support for computers and associated network (voice and data).
Provide the infrastructure support needed to ensure that computer and telecommunications systems and networks are stable and reliable. Assist with network planning and implementation supporting current and future needs. Provides technical support for computers and associated network (voice and data).
Key Responsibilities
- Install software upgrade on PC Tablets called Clinical Programmers (CP)
- Troubleshoot any potential hardware/software issues on the CPs
- Track updates in SAP
- Mail devices to Sales Reps
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of desktop support troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Ability to manage time on their own
- Clear communication skills with written and verbal communications
- Nice to have: familiarity with SAP
