Job Summary

The Account Executive – Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing orders and projects and providing telephone support to customers, outside sales reps and vendors.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential
• Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
• Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tools

Responsibilities and Duties

• Product research, sourcing and quoting
• Telephone communication with vendors to generate ideas, get pricing & manage issue resolution
• Working with outside sales team members & customers
• Project management of orders from entry to delivery
• Working with Vendors to manage projects, production schedules & in hands dates.
• Additional duties as assigned
