Description
Kare Partners is looking for compassionate, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our team. To provide support to the human resources department by managing and performing daily human resource tasks and other tasks as assigned efficiently and accurately in a timely manner. Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain HRIS System (ADP)
Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate on-boarding schedule with appropriate departments/staff members
Process all new hire paperwork, including putting together new hire packets and processing benefits enrollment.
Work closely with Payroll Manager and communicate all payroll changes.
Maintain confidential HR filing system and record keeping utilizing ADPs Document Cloud
Complete and Audit I-9s
Process E-verify and re-verify
Assist in Open Enrollment and processing all benefits enrollments
Manage all year round benefit changes and life events, and terminations
Coordinate with Director/Assistant Director of HR to ensure compliance is met with DOL, OSHA, DOH, etc.; assist with related audits.
Administer and track employee training using the Litmos system to maintain compliance
Administer programs such as leaves of absence, workers compensation, short-term disability, FMLA, etc.
Assist with performance management, compensation, employee issues/needs, etc.
Conduct reference and background, license and compliance checks
Complete salary and benefit surveys, conduct testing/audits related to 401k, FSA, health and welfare, ACA, etc.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy in all systems of records
Other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Qualifications and Skills:
6+ years of human resource experience in a Generalist role preferred
Strong knowledge base of HR related laws and regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
ADP or previous HRIS experience required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to take initiative, perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion.

Working Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
