MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
An Associate degree in Human Resource Management (Administration), Business Management, Public Administration, or a Social or Behavioral Science and three (3) years of office/clerical support experience preferably in a human resources department/function.
Or
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
None.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is sedentary and requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; may also require manual dexterity, hearing, mental acuity, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, talking, visual acuity, and walking.

Work is performed in a dynamic environment that requires confidentiality, sensitivity, and responsiveness to changes that include goals, priorities, and needs of the organization and position.
