Experience with payroll, payroll/personnel systems and processes, and record keeping in a high volume transactional environment.
Experience with human resources process and issues including State and Federal Labor Laws.
Experience interpreting complex policies, procedures and practices.
Analytical and computational skills necessary to calculate percentages when calculating payroll, leave, etc.
Skills to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from electronic databases and produce documents, forms, reports and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of UC Path or PeopleSoft, TRS, EcoTime, and FISDS. Experience working with, and interpreting, labor contracts, compensation and classification plans and personnel programs/policies.
Organizational skills to achieve timely progress on multiple simultaneous complex projects, distribute effort appropriately among the projects, meet tight deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
