FUNCTION AND SCOPE
The HR Generalist works on a team that provides Human Resources support for approximately 150 employees at locations across New York State. This role will provide hands-on support for all aspects of HR including; coaching employees and supervisors on employee relations issues, recruitment, benefits, leave of absence, payroll, compliance, classification, compensation, and affirmative action reporting requirements. Working independently under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will build solid relationships and provide excellent customer services to Research Foundation employees and supervisors.
