Job Summary/Basic Function
Wright State University is seeking a collaborative and motivated professional to advocate, lead, manage, facilitate, develop, enhance, and support the relationship with and improve the quality of experiences for transfer students from the time of their initial inquiry to the end of first semester enrollment at Wright State. This assistant director position is an integral part of the University’s mission to improve access, affordability, recruitment, retention, and relationship building. The work of this position will involve working closely with the Transfer Team, undergraduate admission and enrollment processing, RaiderConnect, financial aid, orientation, student success, academic advisors, academic departments, housing, and student affairs at Wright State in advising and student success efforts for transfer students from pre-admission through the end of first-term enrollment at Wright State.
