HR Recruiter Job Description
National supply chain solutions company who lives and breathes a culture of daily innovation, excitement, sense of urgency and passion for being multiple steps above the rest… is seeking a self-motivated HR Recruiter, with at least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. This role will be responsible leading the charge, guiding, implementing, and managing the overall strategy, practices, objectives, and administration of our full cycle recruitment program, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, offer letters, and onboarding process.
As part of a human resources team, you will be responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. It is imperative that you possess knowledge of employment and labor laws (nationwide), have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ultimately, you will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and help us establish ourselves as employer of choice for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
