Job Summary:
This Hotel Front Desk Auditor position works at the Fluno Center and the Wisconsin Union Hotel in the Union South Building on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Duties include supporting the hospitality work of the Hotel by serving as evening and night shift customer service for hotel guests & performing routine business & billing tasks.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a point of contact for current and potential customers to address and resolve issues, provides information, and processes transactions in accordance with institutional policy. May coordinate work and train staff and student employees.
