The UVA Bookstore is looking for a positive, professional, and energetic customer service representative to fill a Customer Service Lead position. This position will serve as a first point of contact for customers entering the bookstore and will be responsible for providing assistance to customers over the phone and in-person. Work is performed under supervision according to established protocols.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $15.00 – $15.62 per hour ($31,200 – $32,500 per year).
This is a restricted position and continuation is dependent on funding and satisfactory performance.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
