Overview
At Insmed, patients are our North Star, and we are working to become a trusted resource for clinicians, payors, policy makers, community representatives and the broader scientific community in rare/orphan and specialty diseases. Our Human Resource team is expanding to support the significant growth of our teams, ensuring that our employees continue to receive “above and beyond” service to enable their success. In this role, the Associate Director, HR Business Partner will build and sustain relationships with all levels of employees in the Insmed Market Access and Patient Services Teams. This individual will effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of talent management and development, change management, workforce planning, organization development and design, performance management, and employee relations. This individual will also provide strategic guidance in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, Diversity, Inclusion and Culture, Employee Development and Organizational Effectiveness.

Salary Range
Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $139,000.00 to $195,200.00 per year
