Albany State University is a fully accredited senior unit of the University System of Georgia. Location
Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 111.
Job Summary
Establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for Information Technology Services. Determines the University’s long-term systems needs, and any hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish business objectives.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
8 year of management experience in information technology leading a team-oriented, collaborative environment
5 years of experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management, as well as contract and vendor negotiation
5 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience working in higher education
