The Business Operations Manager will support program leadership in driving and streamlining its processes. As a “coach” to their teams, s/he will play an important role in elevating the company’s financial and operational expertise. By being an expert in what works and what doesn’t, s/he will assist in shaping IOA’s next generation of contracts and “best practices” as IOA expands into new regions and populations.

Primary Responsibility: Responsible for oversight of the fiscal, clerical, and administrative operations of IOA’s Community Living Services in counties across California.
