In this position…
As our Salesforce production support, you will be responsible for supervising, monitoring and maintenance of applications built on the Salesforce platform & applications used to integrate Salesforce. You will be actively involved in handling production problem situations and applying changes as needed. This person will be supporting our global sales and customer support teams with any challenges they face within Salesforce and our global process. This role will work directly with our Ford Pro Tech teams and be part of any new launch.
This role will report into the Revenue Operations Manager.
What you’ll do…
Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues real-time, by providing tactical, strategical solutions and/or code changes.
Comfortable understanding and interacting with integrations, flows and object schemas
Foundational understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud – including common products/features (i.e. CPQ, Live Chat and Customer Portals)
DocuSign & Copado experience a plus
Perform Root Cause Analysis, Impact analysis.
Provide general technical leadership to members on the team.
Developing in depth knowledge of the supported applications.
Client service cloud knowledge
Thorough analysis skills
Proficient with Client configuration and customizations using Validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, flows.
Good with Apex knowledge
Strong understanding of Client lightning, best practices and functionality.
Hands on with creating reports, dashboards
Excellent in Client Debug log analysis
Good to have Incident, Problem management
Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale projects
You’ll have…
Bachelors degree
Salesforce certified administrator or working towards certification required.
2-3 years of experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, knowledge of sales cloud and service cloud
2+ years’ experience production support
Experience reading and writing SQL Queries is an asset.
