Ensure consistent compliance of civil, structural and architectural engineering standards, policies, and procedures with regulatory standards and alignment with company global and regional standards
Propose recommendations in areas of improvement and implement solutions to improve performance and identify acceptable risk tolerance for build projects.
Provide civil, structural and architectural engineering support required for build projects
Contribute to safety and engineering recommendations to enhance performance, cost, efficiency, and schedule
Support civil, structural and architectural engineering deliverables in capital projects
Support multiple capital projects at once
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum of seven years of related work experience
Experience with complex and multi-disciplinary engineering projects
Experience with Petro/Chemical or Power Generation Facilities
Frequent interaction with internal and external personnel often requiring coordination between departments.
Professional Engineering License in Structural or Civil Engineering discipline
Experience with IBC, ASCE, OSHA, ACI, AISC and Process Industry Practices (PIP)
Ability to evaluate and select engineering solutions and technologies
Ability to work in a remote environment with virtual teams
Minimal travel may be needed
