PwC US Tax LLP Looking for Manager – International Tax Services (Multiple Positions) at New York, NY Full Time
Manager – International Tax Services (Multiple Positions), PwC US Tax LLP, New York, NY. Help multi-national businesses achieve their business goals in a tax-efficient manner and address their cross border tax needs by analyzing their financial information. Advise clients on tax laws and reporting, legislation, and planning strategies based on geography and jurisdiction. Assist clients with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and other international taxation needs. Create, maintain, and utilize client relationships and community involvement networks. Coaches and supervise the team.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Salary: $163,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in in Accounting, Tax, Law, Management or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law, Management or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: CPA or foreign equivalent, Member of the Bar or Enrolled Agent.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
– Assisting companies and investment firms to understand and assess the tax impact of cross border transactions;
– Conducting corporate tax research and consulting within an international taxation environment;
– Preparing tax plans and legal memoranda; and;
– Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel required up to 20%.
