Concentrix Catalyst is seeking Design Researchers and Strategists to join our team. In this role, you will bring your expertise utilizing design methods and design research to help our clients create innovative, human-centered strategies and solutions to both emerging- and age-old problem spaces in healthcare, technology, retail and transportation.

As a Design Researcher & Strategist, you will partner with other Concentrix Catalyst collaborators to focus on both problem-finding and problem-framing, as well as crafting a holistic understanding of potential solutions and paths forward. You will help us demonstrate and strengthen the value of Product, Design and Research across Concentrix Catalyst and Businesses.

• 7+ years of experience in manual and 5+ years years experience in automation testing.

• 5+ years of experience in JIRA and qTest to include, test Cases, test Execution & design.

• Proficient with Xcode.

• Experience in Swift programming language & XCTest Framework.

• Expertise with Rest Services and tools like swagger & Postman.

• Knowledge in application monitoring tools like Splunk and appDynamics.

• Experience with SQL queries and database tools like SQL Developer and SQL Lite.

• Proficient with repository management tools like GitHub, Gitlab and SourceTree.
