Position Summary
The Nursing Administrative Supervisor is a licensed registered nurse who is responsible for assisting the directors and managers in the operational aspects of the patient care areas. The Nursing Administrative Supervisor facilitates patient flow within the organization, including bed placement. The Nursing Administrative Supervisor coordinates the staffing needs for each shift. This role oversee and supports the hospital during weekends and after hours. This opportunity is for part-time, 12-hour shifts, night shift, and has an 8:00pm start time.

Encourage open and positive communication as an advocate for COH, the staff and our patients; collaborate with both internal and external customers to meet our strategic goals. Be a change agent and encourage staff to welcome change. Monitor and control resources (human and material), provide excellent customer service.
