Description
We are currently seeking a strategic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our enthusiastic team on a contract basis. This role is primarily responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients in order to create new opportunities for business growth. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, innovative professional who excels in networking and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify, evaluate, and generate new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and business relationships.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences, or other customer touchpoints to explain our products and/or services.
Coordinate with the sales team to move leads through the sales funnel.
Ensure all leads and contacts are accurately captured and tracked in CRM.
Create and deliver highly effective presentations to likely stakeholders and decision-makers.
Contribute to the overall achievement of the company’s sales goals and growth strategy.
Continually build knowledge of competitors and industry trends to drive lead generation strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in a lead generation role preferably within the relevant industry.
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficient in managing the sales database, CRM systems, and tools.
A solid understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues as they arise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-oriented.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or customer service role within the Manufacturing industry
